kV, au nord de Sept-\u00celes. Ce projet, qui s&rsquo;\u00e9tend sur une zone isol\u00e9e \u00e0 environ 100 km au nord de Sept-\u00celes, a impliqu\u00e9 une logistique enti\u00e8rement
